 ALL High School Players Must Attend The 7th AND 8th Practices, Regardless of team.

DEPOSIT OF 350.00 FOR  THE FALL/WINTER 2010/11 SEASON. PLEASE USE THE CONTRACT FOR WHAT

LEVEL YOU PLAYED LAST YEAR. THE CLUB WILL CONTACT YOU IF WE NEED TO CHANGE STATUS OF YOUR LEVEL OF PLAY.
